Terms and Conditions

  • * “3% Back in Store Credit” does not apply to services or items on consignment.

  • * “Free Setup and Maintenance on New Guitar Purchases” includes labor on restring,

    truss rod adjustment, saddle/bridge height, intonation and basic cleaning. If guitar(s)

    have not been properly humidified, any setup & maintenance issues due to dryness

    will not be covered under our Backstage Pass membership. Parts are not included.

  • “Access to Monthly Member-Only Giveaways” will only begin once a set amount

    of Backstage Pass members have signed up (at the discretion of Solid Rock Music LLC.)

  • Solid Rock Music LLC reserves the right to remove any Backstage Pass Membership

    for any reason under our sole discretion.

  • Backstage Pass memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
